Sega Genesis, Xbox and Top Ten in Games

Remember your old Sega Genesis…circa 1989?  Their game consoles have sadly fallen by the wayside…but Sega lives on in the gaming world, releasing popular titles across Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo.  Now the rumor mill is spinning with talk of Microsoft buying out the gaming giant.  Let’s check out the Top 10 in Games.   

 

Number 10 immerses gamers in a gothic supernatural world, where a new protagonist clashes with a familiar hero.  For the PC, PS3, Xbox 360 is “Devil May Cry 4.” 


9- There’s nothing holding you back now—get in the game and rock out!  Put together a band with 9 and tour for fame and fortune with “RockBand: Special Edition” for the Wii. 


Number 8 brings a rock legend to the interactive realm to creat the ultimate gaming experience.  It’s “Guitar Hero Aerosmith” for XBOX 360, Wii, PS3, PS2.


7- Unleash the power to customize characters and challenge other players via wireless connection with 7.  For DS and Game Boy Advanced its “Final Fantasy IV.”


6 transforms the Wii Remote into a virtual set of golf clubs, creating the most immersive golfing experience available off the greens. It’s “We Love Golf.”


5- The game that started the popular survival horror genre returns better than ever!  For the Xbox 360, Wii, PS2 and PC, 5 is “Alone in the Dark.”


4 portrays a world where private military companies fight proxy wars for business purposes.  Solid Snake is deployed in “Metal  Gear Solid 4” for the PS3.


3- Engage in intense battles online against your friends or engage unreal artificial intelligence in the gameplay!  3 is “Unreal Tournament 3” for Xbox 360, PS3, and the PC.  


2- Wii and PS2 owners get an added blast of new tracks for rockband with the game at 2.  Featuring amix of current and classic hits, it’s “RockBAnd Track Pack Vol. 1.”


Number 1 arrives on campus with all the excitement and pageantry of a storied college bowl game.  Kick off with “NCAA Football ‘09” for PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2 & Sony PSP.
