The 54-city Hannah Montana concert tour has become one of the hottest tickets in the country. But rest assured, if you missed the young pop superstar also known as Miley Cyrus, all hope is not lost. Walt Disney's "Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour" will have a theatrical release in digital 3-D from February 1st through the seventh 2008. We may not be as beloved as Hannah Montana, but we do have the music countdown. And that’s just as good.
10 – Britney Spears takes custody of our tenth spot. Four years after her last release, Spears is back with the all-new album “Blackout,” featuring the single “Gimme More.”
9 – Comedian and movie star Dane Cook takes his comedy to the Big Apple in his newest CD: “Rough Around the Edges: Live from Madison Square Garden.” Laughing it up at number nine.
8 – British pop supergroup Duran Duran deliver their thirteenth album to number eight. “Red Carpet Massacre” is produced by Timbaland, features a track with Justin Timberlake, and includes the single “Falling Down.”
7 – Fourth season American Idol winner and multi-platinum selling artist Carrie Underwood returns with a new album at number seven. The follow-up to her debut, “Some Hearts,” is called “Carnival Ride” and includes the single “So Small.”
6– “One Man Band” by James Taylor is a new CD/DVD set of live recordings and the stories behind the songs. Our number six choice features new performances from some of the iconic singer/songwriter's most beloved recordings.
5– “Raising Sand” sifts into the fifth spot. It’s a unique multi-genre musical collaboration between Alison Kraus and Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant.
4 – Garth Brooks delivers his first complete greatest-hits compilation to number four this week. “Ultimate Hits” includes the single: "More Than a Memory.”
3 – We’re “Taking Chances” at number three. The new album from Celine Dion features such songwriters and producers as John Shanks, Ben Moody, Linda Perry, and Ne-Yo.
2– Docking into second is “Mothership” by Led Zeppelin. It’s the first-ever comprehensive Led Zeppelin compilation and includes 24 monolithic tracks selected and sequenced by the band.
1 – And debuting in our top spot on the music countdown is “As I Am” by Alicia Keys. It’s the third studio album by the American R&B/soul singer and features an appearance by John Mayer, as well as the single "No One.”
